My Story
Hi, I’m Brandi, the artist behind Studio B.
I paint for the girls who feel everything.
The ones who have loved hard, carried too much, survived quietly, rebuilt themselves, and kept going anyway.
Art has been with me for a long time, but it became something deeper during seasons of my life when I needed somewhere to put things I didn’t know how to say out loud.
For years, painting was where I went when life felt heavy. It became comfort, escape, processing, survival. Through heartbreak, grief, hidden struggles, illness, and eventually kidney failure and transplant, creating was one of the few places I felt still, honest, and safe.
I spent a long time appearing okay.
Positive. Outgoing. Strong.
But much of my art was created in the middle of becoming someone new.
What started as an outlet slowly became a language.
Today, I create pieces rooted in softness, resilience, emotion, and transformation. Women with stories in their eyes. Strength that doesn’t erase tenderness. Beauty shaped by surviving.
My work isn’t about having everything healed.
It’s about what happens after the storm, when you begin rebuilding, remembering yourself, and learning that softness can still be powerful.
Studio B is more than paintings.
It’s a collection of becoming.
And if something here feels familiar to you… maybe parts of our stories overlap.
I’m glad you found your way here.
